The Role – Customer Service Representative North York
The Customer Service Representative will provide technical customer support in person and over the phone.
The Candidate:
- Experience in Order Desk/Customer Service
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- A team player and a self-starter
- Ability to multitask and be detailed oriented
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Sales experience preferred
- Criminal Record Check required
