Fusion Career Services has an opportunity in the GTA for an experienced Maintenance Manager with red seal millwright license and maintenance supervisor experience.
The Role – Maintenance Manager Career Toronto:
- The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance function for the production facility, including supervising staff, responding to breakdowns, scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance.
The Candidate:
- Red Seal Millwright License.
- 10 years’ experience working on facility and equipment maintenance.
- 4 years’ supervisory experience in the maintenance function.
- Experience working in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) environment.
- Food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience motivating team members.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Strong language skills to communicate in both written and spoken English.
- Commitment to safety.
