Our client is a fast growing, dynamic company in the field of health care technology. They are looking for an Engineer with 3 years experience in 3D solid modeling software and knowledge of mechanical production. The role of Mechatronics Designer will report directly to the VP Hardware Engineering.
The Role – Mechatronics Designer Career Toronto
- The Mechatronics Designer will be responsible for developing product improvements and new product design, including creating drawings, 3D CAD models, building prototypes, and the development and execution of testing plans.
The Candidate:
- Graduate of Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited educational institution.
- Experience with 3D solid modeling software.
- General knowledge of mechanical production techniques, processes and tooling relating to machining, sheet metal, injection molding, rapid prototyping etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, conveying information, concepts and ideas to others.
- Ability to work effectively inside a multi-disciplinary team environment.
